About Lubricants Blending Plant in Tuas
Located in Singapore and launched in 2015, the Lubricants Blending Plant in Tuas is a major global hub, boosting lubricants supply in the Asia-Pacific region, which represents more than 40% of TotalEnergies’ worldwide lubricants demand.
Occupying 5.3 hectares of land space, the two-storey plant was designed to optimise ground surface with volume generated per square meter four times higher than other plants. Systems are fully automated to achieve high productivity and efficiency. The plant has the blending capacity of 310,000 MT/year, producing a wide range of lubricants for automotive, industrial and marine applications.

As TotalEnergies’ largest lubricants blending plant in the world, our plant in Singapore serves customers in Asia Pacific and Middle East with a strong focus on safety and customer centricity. We have also expanded from a production hub to become a supply hub to optimize operations and bring greater value to our customers. In line with TotalEnergies’ climate ambition to get to net zero by 2050, we completed the solarization of the plant which covers 35% of the site’s energy needs.
