Youth mentoring

Since 2019, TotalEnergies Singapore employees have been coaching youths from underserved communities as part of Halogen Foundation’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE, pronounced ‘nifty’) programme. TotalEnergies volunteers help youths build up business skills by sharing their knowledge and experiences, and by guiding youths through innovative, hands-on curriculum.

In 2022 and 2023, TotalEnergies employees also began mentoring youths through Halogen Foundation’s ELEMENTS programme, where over a period of six months, they guide students in a journey of personal discovery and career navigation.
