Through educational programs, mentorship initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations, TotalEnergies Singapore actively supports youth development—fostering skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose that will empower them to become responsible, engaged citizens and future leaders.
Youth Mentoring
At TotalEnergies Singapore, we believe in nurturing potential and building confidence through meaningful mentorship. Through our long-standing partnership with the Halogen Foundation, our employees have supported the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) program — a transformative initiative designed to equip secondary school students from underserved backgrounds with entrepreneurial skills and real-world insights. From one-on-one mentoring to business case coaching and guest lectures, our volunteers have helped youths develop critical thinking, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Empowering Youth Through Mentorship with Halogen
Since 2019, our employees have supported the Halogen Foundation’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) program, guiding underserved youths in developing business ideas, building confidence, and presenting their pitches. In 2023 and 2025, our Global IT Services APAC team hosted 30 students at our office to provide real-world exposure to the energy industry and workplace dynamics.
We also participate in the ELEMENTS program, a six-month one-on-one mentorship journey that supports youths in personal discovery, career navigation, and life planning. These engagements reflect our commitment to youth inclusion and education — empowering the next generation not just through guidance, but through immersive learning experiences that inspire and equip them for the future.
Empowering Youth Through Sports
At TotalEnergies Singapore, we believe that sports have the power to bring people from diverse backgrounds together by promoting inclusion and strengthening teamwork. Through our Action! program, we work with our community partners such as Singapore Red Cross, Allkin, and Beyond Social Services, to create fun and enriching experiences that support youth development and foster social inclusion.
These engagements foster a warm and supportive environment where young beneficiaries can develop confidence, form meaningful connections, and create lasting memories.
Smashing Courts with Beyond Social Services
In September 2022, over 40 volunteers from TotalEnergies came together to bring a night of fun and energy to underprivileged youths through badminton. The youths learned about sports safety and exchanged badminton tips with our staff.
Serving Up Smiles with Singapore Red Cross
Collaborating for the third year, TotalEnergies has been supporting young beneficiaries of Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme through sports. On 4 June 2026, our volunteers facilitated friendly matches for 20 children aged 9 to 12, serving up smiles through an afternoon of badminton.
Shooting Hoops with Allkin
Since 2023, TotalEnergies Singapore and Allkin Singapore have partnered on various volunteering initiatives supporting youths and seniors. On 4 June 2024, we hosted a basketball session for 30 youth beneficiaries aged 7 to 14 at the OCBC Arena, where youths participated in volunteer led drills and friendly mini-games together.
