Youth Inclusion & Education
Youth mentoring
Since 2019, TotalEnergies Singapore employees have been coaching youths from underserved communities as part of Halogen Foundation’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE, pronounced ‘nifty’) programme. TotalEnergies volunteers help youths build up business skills by sharing their knowledge and experiences, and by guiding youths through innovative, hands-on curriculum.
In 2022 and 2023, TotalEnergies employees also began mentoring youths through Halogen Foundation’s ELEMENTS programme, where over a period of six months, they guide students in a journey of personal discovery and career navigation.

Our achievements
as of December 2022
Badminton with youths
TotalEnergies Singapore partners Beyond Social Services to create a positive and lasting impact in youths.
In September 2022, over 40 volunteers from TotalEnergies came together to bring a night of fun and energy to underprivileged youths through badminton. The youths learned about sports safety and exchanged badminton tips with our staff.
We continue to support Beyond Social Service’s cause through mentoring, fund-raising, and other activities.
Beyond Social Services
Beyond Social Services
Beyond is a Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO) but we see ourselves as a village that helps raise disadvantaged children and youths.
On April 15, 2023, we held our second badminton with youths session in partnership with the Singapore Red Cross Society’s Young Hearts Program.
More than 30 employees volunteered their Saturday afternoon to teach 30 children aged 6 to 14 how to play with precision and endurance.
