Supporting Local Communities
Supporting migrant workers
Migrant workers in Singapore were among those heavily affected when COVID-19 hit in 2020. With a sizeable migrant worker community in Singapore, many TotalEnergies employees were concerned and felt compelled to help this affected community in a tangible way. The “TotalEnergies Singapore Stand Together Fundraising” project was birthed out of collective compassion, care and concern for the migrant worker community and in partnership with Singapore Red Cross Society.

Our achievements
With the employees contributing and TotalEnergies Singapore matching dollar for dollar, over $40,000 was raised to supply and deliver hygiene kits to 15,500 migrant workers living in dormitories.
Annual fundraising
To support our non-profit partners’ fund-raising efforts, TotalEnergies in Singapore also hosts an annual campaign to raise funds in conjunction with SG Cares Giving Week.
The campaign in December 2021 and 2022 promoted partners such as Waterways Watch Society, Beyond Social Services, SingTheatre, Singapore Red Cross and the Halogen Foundation and more.
