TotalEnergies Singapore Youth Engagement Program
Launched in 2024, our Youth Engagement Program is designed to foster meaningful connections and open dialogue around energy-related topics with youths aged 15 to 27. To date, the Company has engaged over 450 youths.
By collaborating with educational institutions, we create a platform that connects students through various engagements, providing them with opportunities to understand real-world challenges, share innovative ideas, and network with industry leaders.

Latest Youth Engagement Highlights
Singapore Management University (SMU)
Marking its third year of partnership with SMU since 2024, TotalEnergies in Singapore has engaged over 120 undergraduate students. As part of SMU’s Crisis Communication and Management course, students are given the opportunity to bridge theory and practice. Through dialogue sessions on crisis management with TotalEnergies industry experts, students can foster critical thinking and gain insights into today’s business landscape.
Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
Since 2024, TotalEnergies in Singapore has engaged over 90 undergraduate and Master students from NTU on energy transition and sustainability related topics. Site visits to our Lubricants Blending Plant in Tuas offered students first-hand exposures to plant operations and on-site sustainability initiatives implemented.
International French School (IFS)
Now in its fourth year of partnership with IFS, TotalEnergies in Singapore continues to welcome IFS students for its annual two-week observatory internship. By connecting students with employees through interactive sharing sessions and practical learning experiences, students gain valuable insights into the evolving energy industry and the diverse career opportunities it offers.
