Youth engagement

Our commitment to support young people

At TotalEnergies, we believe that empowering young people is key to building a more sustainable world. That’s why we invest in youth development—equipping the next generation with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to shape their own future.

TotalEnergies Singapore Youth Engagement Program

Launched in 2024, our Youth Engagement Program is designed to foster meaningful connections and open dialogue around energy-related topics with youths aged 15 to 27.

By collaborating with educational institutions, we create a platform that connects students through various engagements, providing them with opportunities to understand real-world challenges, share innovative ideas, and network with industry leaders.
