China - January 2, 2025 - TotalEnergies announces its collaboration with Lin Dan, a well-known badminton sportsman who was the double Grand Slam Champion. Lin Dan will be prominently featured in TotalEnergies’ 2025 advertising campaigns and activities to drive brand awareness and promote its range of premium lubricants and mobility solutions.
Across China, Chinese vehicle owners will see a series of short videos of Quartz engine oil by TotalEnergies, which narrates Lin Dan’s secrets to his outstanding technical prowess and relentless pursuit of excellence in the badminton sport including how he is keeping in top shape.
“Badminton and TotalEnergies lubricants share common attributes - performance, precision and endurance. For optimum performance, the right lubricant is essential to protect and extend the life of the engine. This is like how top athletes like Lin Dan maintains their overall well-being to achieve sporting excellence," said Anthony Liu, Senior Vice President of TotalEnergies Marketing Services China.
