- Increases octane number of about +0,6pt MON and +0,9pt RON respectively.
- Lowers the occurrence of knocking phenomenon.
It's benefits have been evaluated on engine bench tests and vehicle road tests.
It is a well-established technology that has been implemented for several years on the marketplace. It can be considered at the refinery stage or for aftermarket use.
It does not modify others fuel characteristics and has no negative side-effects at recommended dosage. It can be used with any unleaded fuel (with or without oxygen compounds like E10) and any type of car (with or without catalytic converter).
It can be used in association with other TotalEnergies multifunctional gasoline treatments such as TotalEnergies Injection System Cleaner or TotalEnergies Injection System Xtrem Cleaner.
